This Committee is responsible for the management and maintenance of the pavilion, Parish Council offices, the Tractor Shed and the overseeing of the Jubilee Youth Centre.
The Committee will comprise members of the Parish Council together with representatives from the user groups and the Jubilee Youth Centre Management Committee who can attend to raise issues relating to their use of the buildings. The non-councillors would not have voting rights.
The lower ground floor of the Pavilion has public toilets, changing rooms and showers for sporting events.
Also on the lower ground floor is The Box Bowls Club clubhouse. The Bowls Club has exclusive use of this facilty from 1st April to 30th September, but it can be hired outside of these times - please CONTACT US for more info.
The upper ground floor - facing the tennis courts - includes an 80-person capacity meeting/event room, a small kitchen, toilets and projection equipment.
From 1st April 2023, the hiring costs for the upper floor Pavilion Room are as follows:
Casual Rate £20.00 per hour
10 or more sessions £12.50 per hour
Charity booking £12.50 per hour
